This is the first and only time I've felt the shampoo moisturize my hair. It's hard to describe, but it leaves my hair soft and clean at the same time. It's like just putting lotion on your hands and then washing them. You still have a feeling of moisture in your skin even though the first layer of lotion is gone, but your skin is still clean. Here's what this shampoo does to your hair; cleans well without drying out. It doesn't give me a squeaky clean feel and definitely has a "softer" cleanliness if that makes sense. I really like the thin lather (it has bubbles) which makes me feel like I'm removing product residue without stripping my hair. He smells good too. I'm glad I tried it and I plan to refill when they run out.
