Worked great for 30 minutes. Then the roller bar stopped turning. I cleaned all the hair and lint on the easy to access parts of the roller bar and it still wouldn't spin. I did some searching but found instructions on how to disassemble the nozzle. I did this and the metal ends of the roller were completely covered in hair (long animal hair with a dog). Big! With the help of a toothpick, I twisted the roller bar again. However, when I put everything back together, I found that when accessing the parts of the roller bar to clean, I broke the very tiny plastic flanges on the little caps that fit over the ends of the roller bar. Replacement parts are not available and the manual does not tell you what to do if the roll bar is stuck. Not at all happy with this set.
