Review on Phanteks Halos Digital 120Mm PH FF120DRGBA_AG01 by Jose Haskin

The backlight is fine, fan assembly is easy, but the cable lengths are incredibly long, proprietary 3-pin cables are standard and a huge job. To make matters worse, the cable quality is abysmal. I ordered 5 of these for a new build. All but one inexplicably different cable design literally fall out of my aRGB hub. Absolutely no stopping. One cable never worked whether plugged in or not, and all the others fall out of their slot on the controller at the slightest tug. The problem is that the cables are concave in their jackets and essentially protrude 2mm from the socket end of the cables, which serves no purpose other than not being able to hold them securely in most hubs or motherboards. It seems like a pretty cool product, but cables make it unsustainable.
