I finally got around to using these bags 3 months after I purchased them. My return window has closed and I bought 500 bags. These bags are not sealable. When you close them using the provided "zip lock" the still let sir in and out. There is not enough room from the zip lock to the top of the bag for a good seal. The little hanger cut out gets in the way. Be sure you look at the item immediately in order to make sure it meets your needs. I was really banking on the ability to heat seal it to keep the freshness of my goods in.
