So I bought it on July 2nd, my daughters are 15 and 11 years old. The 15-year-old is still intact, the 11-year-old's pen came loose. She keeps it in her backpack, takes it out for lunch and puts it back in the backpack. So I don't think she waved that or anything. The other hasn't had any problems so far. I think I just need to buy something stronger for my youngest. Otherwise it's good, not great. Keeps the temperature worse than the quality. But it has enough space, feels good in the hand and the zippers still work well.
