I really like this clinical thermometer!
I can't believe I've lived without something like this for so long! I used one of those old fashioned thermometers where you stick it and let all the heat out of the oven for 5 minutes while you wait for the temp knob to move. It's much better and doesn't guess the temperature. I haven't verified the accuracy, but we haven't had any undercooked chicken sick, so it's close enough for us! And it's magnetic! So comfortable!
