The best part is that our designs are sent directly to us from epson, as opposed to having to make them ourselves. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Epson's customer service; they're extremely responsive and easy to deal with! I wish there were more options for different sizes/quantities of prints. If you like doing your own printing then this could be an issue. Easily design several things without needing multiple printers or copiers around. Great way to save money while also keeping up with my artistic endeavors.
