Purchased this after a very disappointing experience with similar tools bought at the grocery store and local Walmart. This one is MUCH stronger. It's also very beautiful. The forest is good. The metal is richly decorated. The fit and finish aren't perfect, but according to Walmart's version, you literally bent over the barefoot bottle; Who cares if there's a roughness here or there? It's easy on the eye and actually opens a bottle of wine. I wish I could give it more than three stars, but as several other reviewers have pointed out, the ergonomics and leverage could be a little better. For several years I worked as a waiter in a trendy cafe and we used the professional version of this tool. The difference in these aspects is day and night. The reason for choosing it is that it works and gives you beauty on a budget.
