The user interface is easy to understand and navigate. The marketing automation aspect is very useful. The ability to send emails to a list of people that have expressed interest in a particular product or service is a great feature. The email automation is a bit slow and the system crashes from time to time. I would recommend Shanon to any company that requires a marketing automation software. We are able to send emails to people interested in a particular product or service. This has been a great tool for us to use to grow our business.
