There are only 5 blister pads in the pack but they are worth it. The packaging has an expiration date (a good 2-3 years before the expiration date) so I wouldn't stock up but rather buy as needed. You can keep one for up to five days. You can wear your boots, gloves or anything else over them without pain. And most importantly, the tops are transparent so you can watch blisters heal. Also, your skin is not white or wrinkled as you might expect when you have it removed. I will definitely buy them again.
