Not a true US size 4
I was very happy to buy sneakers for my 9 month old which were easy to put on and take off on babysitting days. They are warm, light and very flexible. I bought a size 4 (which is what she usually wears) but they came in a size 16 and they are not your standard US size 4. More like a 5. Hope she grows into it before Pennsylvania winter is over :)
