As with some of the other reviews, the first thing that struck me was that the planks were very light and the chrome felt thin in places. I mounted it on the driver's side with no problems, then moved it to the passenger's side where the mounting bolt broke off. before it is strong enough to hold the plank in place. Only hand tools were used and when it fell off my hand flew under the bike and ripped my thumbnail out of the nail bed, not a happy tourist of course. The return for a refund has started.
