I love Yamazaki. I really appreciate that they make durable products that are reliable and easily adapt to tight urban environments. I move frequently and have seen this item work in many places. The parts that other companies make for these setups are often made of plastic, which wears out quickly and doesn't look good. Not Yamazaki. I wanted this for my bathroom but it made the tiny space too cluttered through no fault of my own. It would fit in my kitchen (again, it's very adaptable) but as my current kitchen has ample storage space I couldn't justify the price to myself and sent it back. I took a star off from durability because I'm not sure the rollers will last that long (the rollers will), but the rollers can be replaced. Replacing rollers after a few years creates far less waste than replacing everything.
