Direct replacement that works
I have owned my 2009 Silverado 2500hd for 8 years and since the day I bought it the rear passenger door (double cab) door lock actuator has never worked. It was lockable but not unlockable, and without an external keyhole it had to be unlocked manually from the cockpit. I paid $100 for a Chevy to "diagnose" it and they wanted $250 for the part and labor... All these years later I decided to look around here and have it repaired for $30 an hour of my time and it works great.
