It's not perfect and has flaws but for the price this suit is just gorgeous. And small details count. The crinoline fits between the skirt and petticoat so it doesn't scratch my picky 2 year old daughter's legs. It's a nice detail, but it lost a star. Because it stinks. I lived in China for a short time and it stinks like your cities. I'm not rude. I know this smell very well and I don't like it. So you need to wash it by hand. And if it hurts him, I fully expect a refund. Aside from the godless fishy smell, it's just gorgeous.
