Really! I have heavy calves and ordinary women's socks leave imprints on my calves. Large women's socks fall. I accidentally put on a pair of my mens - they fit perfectly in the calves but are too long in the insole. I wear size 7 shoes. I bought them to see if they work, they work! I would give 5 stars if I could get other colors (grey, anthracite, plum). Hope this helps another woman with "hard" calves like me!
