The fact that we can keep track of our customer service representatives so easily at work! It helps to make sure communication happens between us while being away from each other in different locations (or states).

I like how easy it was for me as well since this platform has been integrated into my phone messenger which works great too!! Nothing really comes across negatively about chekkit but there are some things they could improve upon if anything suchas notifications when you have messages waiting or better pricing options because sometimes paying through your bank card isn't always ideal either. We use Cheokkt more than any one else within marketing where i am working now mainly due t othe ease of using their texting app along side having access whenever needed by someone who needs help/support quickly without hassle thanks again.
