I love it. I love that it comes from happy goats raised in the pasture. I don't get goat taste. I mix it with 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (tastes better than almonds and has fewer calories!), 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. peanut butter powder or cocoa powder. Taste decadent! And it fills me up completely before lunch. Super creamy, frothy without semolina. The coconut flavor is definitely there, but not artificial. I love simple ingredients. No fillers or other chemicals. I just wish they had an unsweetened vanilla flavor. I'm guessing they use stevia instead of other artificial sweeteners, but if it's not true pure stevia (which I'm guessing because there are no green spots) then it's probably a processed stevia derivative, which isn't very healthy either. But I will buy more!
