took 2 weeks. UPDATE: I decided to look inside to see if there was something clearly wrong with the fan causing Santa to fly out. Inside the tree where Santa Claus is located, there is a zipper that opens a second compartment. This is a fan that turns on periodically to get Santa Claus up. In my case, I noticed that one of the two wires connecting this fan to the power supply was disconnected! If anyone is interested in digging mine I'll post photos too. I had a loose blue wire. I reconnected it to the black wire and it works again. I'm not changing my rating because it's still a cheap product and you shouldn't have this type of problem (cable disconnection). I wish you success.
