When I found these headphones I was so happy because I started a new job from home and wanted headphones with minimal radiation. I was very excited too. The first thing I noticed was that the headphone audio controller didn't work with my computer, laptop and my husband's laptop. It worked on my phone and on my tablet. I bought a USB adapter and tried out the headset with it. The audio controller did not help. I've tried everything with the Windows 10 settings system hoping to fix the problem. I've spent a lot of time on the internet trying to find a solution, but I haven't found anything. I spoke to the support team here and they couldn't help me either. Well, I decided I would try without a controller anyway. I started using it today. My boss asked me this afternoon if I use a headset because the calls were ringing. In addition, the headset is either too tight or something is wrong because it hurts the ears. The insides of my ears are very red and sore. I will try 1 week. If it's not more comfortable and it's still an echo then I should send it back. I'd be heartbroken because I've only found 1 other radiation resistant earbuds, but this phone isn't as well protected as this one.
