Review on 🍭 Norpro Candy Thermometer: Accurate Heat Measurement for Perfect Candies – 1 EA, Silver by Dawn Ohara

I'm a professional and I use it every day. I calibrated it a few times. Works well but wish it was a little more waterproof. Especially if the dishwasher constantly forgets not to pour water to wash the dishes! I have water in it and it's still pretty accurate. I make caramel and other candies all the time and have been through a lot of thermometers. I get the second of these and try the waterproof one. review follows
