I worked with Matt for several years prior to starting at TriGem, as he was our Sales Manager during that time. He has been an invaluable resource since then - not only providing excellent customer service but also helping us implement cutting edge CRM solutions over his last three jobs (now owned by another competitor). Nothing in particular from working with him so far - great guy who will help you find what you need! We have used multiple products from this vendor over the past few years; they've always had stellar support when we needed it most.
