Review on TomTom Carrying Case Strap Black by Arlene Byrd

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Like a small suitcase, Tomtom One 125 fits like a glove!

I was skeptical based on the reviews here, but I went to Best Buy and had a look at the case. Even though it was covered in hard plastic, it looked like it was worth buying. I saw one reviewer complain that it doesn't fit in a car charger, but it's a carrying case, not a case. All Garmin cases only include GPS. I received the item about three days after purchase, which was pretty quick. Then I took my TomTom One 125 and put it in the bag and it fitted perfectly, including the mount and suction cup. It looks like a small suitcase, made from a suede-like material, but very durable, mostly rigid, and fits nicely in a pocket. It is not easily scratched, which means it should protect the GPS well. It has full GPS coverage (some might want charging to be available). There is a specific way to position the GPS in the case (the screen faces the front where the tomtom label is, the mount faces the back). To the right. I think some of the reviewers did this and tried to zip up which caused it to break. It has an elastic band connecting the front and back, meaning the GPS should only pop out when you remove it, and not accidentally fall off. It also comes with a strap, although I haven't quite figured out how to properly insert the strap into the case. (not like a camera strap) I used to worry about where to put the GPS after using it, but this case solved my problem. It is worth protecting the investment. It looks very comfortable and feels like a must-have when traveling, whether it's on the road or in the air.
