I enjoy using several Brieftons products and have recently had the pleasure of using the food processor. I am very happy with how it works! I watched the informational video the company posted to make sure I was assembling it correctly, although it's only 4 parts long and fairly self-explanatory. It didn't take long to flush and set up the chopper. I wanted to chop an onion to add to the egg, so I cooked it as directed, roughly slicing it. The first attempt to push the top down was two-handed and I was a bit nervous that I had overstretched it, but it actually made things easier and after just a few pushes I had a nicely sliced onion. I'm excited to see what else it can do!
