Review on Girls' Cropped Capri Leggings by Spotted Zebra by Robert Gomatham

I have had many zebra spotted clothes for my children and have always been amazed at the quality. But the Capri leggings I got this time are a big disappointment. The label says 95% cotton and 5% spandex like the others, but the material has little stretch, is very thin and itchy. It's not like the others I've received before.
