The templates are very easy to use, they have several different options that you can choose from depending what type of infographic your creating (ease level).

I dislike how it takes forever before any changes get saved or updated in my dashboard/project page so sometimes when i'm working with multiple designers at once there is some confusion about who's work will go live next etc., but this has been solved by using an external tool like Teamwork which allows me see all details instantly without having someone else look over our shoulders as we're designing! We've used infographics many times throughout projects because their ease & quick turnaround makes them perfect choices if time isn't available nor budgeted enough money wise - especially since most clients understand its value more than just numbers alone!!
