My daughter is a very petite 7 year old gymnast. She has just started wearing size 7 jeans and they need to be tightened to fit her. I ordered her a size 7 thinking they would last a while but they are quite tight. They show off the lingerie lines on her bum and don't look like they're going to be worn for very long. I would order one size larger.
