They have a lot of stretch.
I bought these hoping to find an inexpensive alternative to the Cricut brand that would work just as well. I was very happy with this htv! I used the heart press at high speed for about 15 seconds and got sick on the first try. It's also great for layering as it's not bulky. I use it mostly for cotton shirts and it has great stretch. There was also a large selection of flowers. They were well packaged and didn't stick together. Definitely recommend this if you don't want to pay big branded prices.
