Decent, but not as good as I thought.
I would give 3.5 if I could. They definitely weren't as easy to install for me as for others. I have a 2014 Ram Big Horn. One of the holes in both rear tires didn't line up, so I had to work really long and hard to get it to fit. They also don't fit completely onto the truck, meaning there's little room between the cover and the truck door for salt and dirt to get in. This is very important for those like me who live in wintry conditions where salt is so common on the roads.
