The ability for multiple users to have their own dashboard, which allows them to customize different features such as reports, budgeting, etc. It has been very beneficial in having all our data stored together without causing issues where one user's information does not match up with another's. I dislike how limited it seems at times and only so many things can be tracked within it (for example, we use other programs/apps for payroll). In addition, you cannot export certain items out of the program itself - thus using the web version would need additional accounts set up in order to do so. Tracking projects, budgets, employees, scheduling, training records, etc., everything is here! We've also found great benefits by being able to see previous years' data to easily compare results from year-to-year.
