I've recently had the misfortune to upgrade my master bathroom. On a small budget, I stripped and stained and stained my vanity. Mine was solid oak and replacements were painted gray or white from 600 onwards. I like the look of real wood. My first aid kit is dead. 29 years. I liked it so I looked for another one and realized I had to agree. What a surprise ! The front of this unit is real solid oak with brass screws holding the mirror in place. WITHOUT CLAMPS in front mounting. Shiny brass hinges. Print board on the back. Sturdy, beautiful, arrived well packaged, in excellent condition. I know my bathtub is outdated even though I installed new plumbing. Old brass is very hard to find. Next time I'll have to use all the crap I drew. But so far everyone loves it!
