Had major overheating and USB hanging issues with another external NVMe Enclosure, but this one has worked flawlessly so far. The heatsink is better designed and the USB 3/C function is still reliable for GB transfer and backup. Use with a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO flash drive. EDIT: I had to deduct a star for speed. I peaked at around 400MB/s regardless of whether it was connected to a USB-3 or USB-C port with the included cables. That is only about 3.2 Gbit/s and thus well below the theoretical maximum of 10 Gbit/s. However, the fact that it runs continuously without freezing, shutting down, blue screens, or overheating makes it more useful than another supposedly "faster" external NVMe enclosure I've tried.
