Certainly. A day after installation it stopped working. All errors gone. It was determined that the fan controller was no longer working. I spoke to a very helpful Revain representative. He called Honeywell while I waited. We had a three-way conversation. Honeywell told us that a service technician would call me back within a day or two to help further troubleshoot the issue. Revane called me back two days later and asked if Honeywell had contacted me. They didn't. Revain said we wouldn't wait for Honeywell and sent me a new replacement fan. I replaced the broken control box and the fan works great. Oh, by the way, Honeywell still hasn't called. It's been a week. Thank you Revan Great service from you.
