Bad customer service. Updates are a problem
Dislikes customer service. on the first update, two days after i received the laptop. It gets stuck on updating. The next day. Also said reboot. I haven't received any replies. Finally got out. I had the computer's IP address to look at. He did all the updates. Apparently. This is a common problem with Windows 10. So if you are not tech savvy. If I'm not, be willing to pay someone $150 to make money. I like the size so far. Now that these updates aren't a nightmare.
