Review on Amby by Jackie Stewart

I really liked having to just do an overview of our targets or goals for each team member instead of writing down everything in one place with Ambys structure and toolset we could easily follow up about all this data by doing e.g calls! Also not only being able write my own goal descriptions but also sharing already written ones from others is great! I like that we can create our own goals to align with business needs but also have some flexibility in how they are set up.

It would be nice for them to offer more templates or suggestions of what could go into each area so you don't end up creating your goal from scratch every time! We've been able to track progress towards monthly objectives which has helped us stay focused throughout projects/tasks.
