So far so good good for tools and equipment
Be very careful when performing a factory reset because you will lose the app. I thought I was going to erase my memory because I think I did something wrong. The instructions showed you how to do a factory reset but didn't say you would lose the app and then didn't say how to add the app again. When I called the US phone number they also told me that they could not help and I would have to call abroad. I wrote an email but haven't heard from them yet. But I emailed on Friday and today is only Saturday. Everything else seems fine.
