Of the pluses, I can note surround sound, ear pads, height adjustment, the microphone can be raised if it interferes.
Has cons:
The wire is very thin for headphones, the microphone is noisy and does not feel very reliable, the headphones themselves will also begin to creak and break after 2-3 months.
