I recently bought two of these, one for home and one for mom. From all sides I can say that I like that the product cleans well and is easy to set up. I have to say that I enjoy watching him roam around my house doing his own thing while being relatively quiet. Would recommend to a friend or buy another for the top floor, only thing I don't like about it and wish I was new before that is the dust bags and filters in the tower which are very hard to come by. I've searched everywhere, and even the Samsung website, most things that make the Tower worth the money are sold out and there's no estimate of when it will be back in stock. Although I found some parts on other sites they seem to be sold out. Otherwise it's a good product
