Does not affect female hormones like other pre-workouts

Product and Efficacy. Some were so chalky they were hard to tear off, others tasted like liquid garbage, and some bursts of energy left me so drained I felt like I had to drink caffeine to stay awake the rest of the day. Not only does this product taste great, it's smooth, energy is retained, it doesn't upset my hormones and I can see a difference in my workouts. I really like this product and look forward to trying more Alani Nu products in the future.
