I wanted to order potty training panties for my daughter, she is not that tall. She is 1.5 years old and I ordered 0-12 months and she fits her well. Because she is a little thinner, this size fits her, but middle or older children should order the size according to their age group, ie 1.5 years older should order 12-18 or 12-24 months.
