It didn't do anything for me, at least my knee hurt even more.
Not exactly a spray bottle. More like a powder/dust remover. It's not a liquid. It's a powder. It tastes pretty bad, and the aftertaste is even worse because it doesn't go away. Even when eating. You will still taste the menthol. I use this because my crankshaft hurts and it was so painful that it doesn't let me sleep or eat peacefully. I bought it after reading so many positive reviews to be dissatisfied and disappointed again.
