Great projector and customer service, but poor quality battery

I've had this projector for a little over a year. Unfortunately, the battery capacity dropped sharply a few months ago. Maybe he'll hold 25% of the charge. In general I liked it, but the quality is not very good. I didn't use it that much and most of the time I used it connected to the network. I held down the reset button and it seemed to help, but it's not the same as before. I would probably buy a Phillips PicoPix Max. I like the inputs, HDMI, USB-C/Thunderbolt, just think I don't like them, if you plug it into the USB-C/Thunderbolt port on a MacBook Pro it won't charge. Either discharge the projector's battery or connect it to AC power. Note: If you don't buy it from an authorized dealer, you won't get warranty coverage, which happened to me. Update June 18, 2020 I used my projector a week ago and the battery is completely dead. If the battery is empty, the device cannot be switched on. I contacted support to bite the bullet and pay 100 for battery maintenance but they made an exception and covered the warranty. I'm still a little shocked that the battery has died after 18 months, but customer service gets an A for fixing the issue. They replaced it with a refurbished unit and I have no complaints. I still think this is one of the best 1920x1080 projectors out there. I have upgraded my original rating from 2 to 4 stars. My biggest criticism of the device is that in the future when the battery dies you will have to send it in for service as it won't start. This is a very good projector and I hope they fix these shortcomings in the next model.
