The best part about our implementation was that it is very user friendly! We were able figure things out quickly because there are so many helpful guides online for how-to's in using this product - which made us feel comfortable knowing we could easily find what I needed when an issue arose or if something wasn't quite working as intended yet still felt stuck with figuring things ourselves at first glance (or even after reading several blog posts!).

There really isn’t much anything negative here other than perhaps some minor confusion during setup/configuration time but those issues have been resolved now through multiple emails back & forth between myself + their tech department staff. They've gone above+beyond any expectations set before they did all these free trials over emailing me questions regarding my personal preferences vs business needs etc., going well past just doing simple tasks such as setting up accounts / getting started once everything has finally gotten installed properly; instead actually taking initiative into building custom.
