Hands dangerously hot!
Bought a nice 13 piece Cuisinart 64-13 Contour Hard Anodized Cookware Set; However, neither my family nor I know that handles on lids and pots (NOT pans) scald and get dangerously hot! How can it be? Is that a design flaw? Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product as the handles get very hot. We have a gas stove, maybe that's part of the problem too. However, I would certainly expect such a product, made by a respected company like Cuisinart, to be tested and considered for a hot-handle solution.
