There are no complaints about the sound quality. The main issue is the terrible design of the cable. It is short, hard and tough, which is why it hugs the neck or collar. I once tried running with this headset - every time I turned my head, a tough cord pulled on one earbud and squeezed the other. Worse when the cable presses on both at the same time. It was difficult to easily load the dishwasher without both earbuds wanting to come out, as every time I leaned across my neck/upper back the stiff cable pushed up, which in turn pushed the earbuds out of my ears.
