Mouse clicks are very loud. There is no call for this. The wheel glows red, and this red light emanates from it. In a certain position, this beam of light can hit you directly in the eyes and blind you. There is no point and no real benefit in wheel lighting. It could have been done better. First, the mouse felt too light when first used. Over time you get used to the weight and can even estimate the weight. Second, the customer service is fantastic. They contacted me for feedback on the issues I had encountered and indicated that my concerns would be escalated to the design team. So looking forward to an improved mouse in the future! Good customer service goes a long way in my book.
