I bought these after cataract surgery to help with near and medium distance computer vision. I work a lot on the computer and read a lot for work, so having glasses that don't cause stress is very important. The main problem that I immediately noticed with these glasses is that there is a medium boost channel that you will use to work on your computer. The inner and outer parts of the lens do not have the same magnification as the middle one. You need to look straight ahead and turn your head to read, not just move your eyes from left to right as usual. When I look at my screen, objects in my peripheral vision are blurry. It caused eyestrain after just a few minutes of wearing. The bifocal portion seems to cover the entire underside of the lens, so I'm not sure why they didn't do the same with the mid-range vision. They are cute and I had high hopes for them. I usually hate giving bad reviews, and still hate to do so, but since they're sold for computer use, the design is an issue.
