This is an addendum to my previous review as this watch strap and replacement was a failure. But read on for more information. This watch strap was the right size and very comfortable. I love the minimalistic look of this band. The exchange went smoothly. A brief description of the replacement method may be helpful. But that information was easy to find on the internet, so that wasn't a problem. I like the added "inspection" tag. Sounds like quality control was important. Now for the problem: although the strap is comfortable and looks well made, less than a month after wearing the strap, one of the metal flanges that attaches to the watch strap broke off and the watch fell off my wrist. Nothing caught and pulled the clock; I just walked around and swung my arms naturally. Novocity took good care of the watch strap change and I got a replacement quickly. I gave them back the old watch strap and fitted a new one. Now, just three months later, the same thing happened. While wearing the watch, it spontaneously fell to the ground. One of the metal flanges came loose again. The watch didn't jerk, it didn't get caught on the sleeve or anything like that. It's a shame that an otherwise good product has such a downside.
