Looks like it's a fake 3rd party trying to trick you into believing it's real based on the fact they have Element and Roku magazines have put on it. However, the remote works differently than the original remote and has a much more limited range for the IR signal. With the original remote I didn't have to point it directly at the TV and it usually worked. If it's not pointed directly at the TV's IR receiver, the TV may not pick it up. However, as a replacement or backup for the price, if you're willing to accept the above items, it's fine.
