It was free so we were like "sure let us check it". That initial trial itself felt great! And also being able as an Indian user I did not find any bugs or nags once they launch officially for paid subscription model - even if you are just one time patron who loves what all this can do :) We used their services when launching product where social media engagement needed help at maximum scale without spending too much money (as there seems no such tools which have similar feature set but cost little). I like how easy it was for me as an employee at my place of employment to find new blogs/authors who are relevant to us (my employer). It also helps keep all employees up-to date with what their peers are doing! Nothing really - but there aren't any cons either so no complaints here. If you're looking for something simple & free then this would be perfect for your needs. We use blogger platform which makes finding authors easier than other platforms out there.
